Who does your product help? And how?

We exist because we believe people should be happy at work and have all the tools they need to perform their jobs at the highest level. Beekeeper brings the digital workplace to non-desk workers, connect those who were previously disconnected. For workers without email addresses, our platform intuitively blends operational and communication systems in one secure location for a seamless user experience. We believe in the potential and contribution of every single employee and see the value in making them feel a sense of belonging at work. Informed, motivated, and empowered employees are the driving forces behind a company’s success.

Why are you the Next Great HR Technology?

Beekeeper is improving the way companies with non-desk workers operate and communicate. The results have been transformational for our customers’ managers and frontline employees. The impact is felt in the employee experience, company culture and in business outcomes.

We accomplish this in 3 ways: peer-to-peer team collaboration, top down organizational alignment and the integration of operational systems into one centralized hub that is easily accessible by the entire organization, especially non-desk workers.

A large hotel property we work with in Dallas has a housekeeper that speaks very little English that was driving two hours round trip every week just to check her work schedule on the bulletin board in the break room. Leaving her family to check her schedule was a stressful part of her week. Once she discovered the ability to check her schedule from home (on the Beekeeper platform), she broke out in tears of relief.

Scheduling is just one integration that can have a significant impact on employee experience and performance. We are helping HR to work with IT to quickly and easily digitize their workplace by enabling the Beekeeper platform to seamlessly integrate with a company’s existing operational systems in ways meaningful to the workforce.
